Error Dept....Editing After Publication; Any More Rove Eavesdropping?

The best thing about blog posts is that you can publish them and then edit them. Thanks commenter on the peak/peek error in yesterday's entry.
There are a few other times I've done that since I started doing this blog regularly, but I'm not telling where, when or why. THIS sort of thing is really fixable on the internet. Unfortunately, this sort of thing is not.
Oh....maybe I'll do a real entry today, but until then, still waiting to hear from you reports on Karl Rove conversations. I haven't heard much myself, although I did hear a guy collecting money for the homeless use the word "Bush" in a conversation with a donor. Who knows what they were saying though.

I was posting "Fire Rove" flyers on Chicago's Near-North Side last Sunday & would have gotten a lot more done except i had to get into a conversation about every fourth or fifth light pole. I was ASTONISHED. (A) i didn't initiate a single conversation; i was buried in sunscreen, sunglasses, & a big floppy hat & was intent on my tape gun. Other people wanted to talk to me. (B) EVERYONE knew EXACTLY what i was doing & why. I didn't get a single "Who's that guy in the picture?" (C) EVERYONE agreed! (D) The people i talked to defied categorizing by appearance, age, race, sex. Two middle-aged white men who claimed to be Republicans ("life-long," "staunch" -- is there any other kind?) said "fire the SOB!" Same words, different dudes, hours & blocks apart, & no one i know says "SOB." At first i felt that making the flyers was just juvenile acting out or trying to recapture youthful outrage, but it turned out to be a really fun Sunday. I think i'll do it again this weekend.

Thanks, Man. Can I post about your anon. story on my Daily Kos diary?? - now I'm inspired to do something similar in my town.

I, too, love the Chicago story, but personally I want Rove to stick around as long as the "liberal media" seems worked up. The longer the media talks about Rove's crime, the more enlightenment has a chance to seep through to the remaining Bush supporters. Remember, Bush is the real war criminal and wrecker of our economy - getting rid of Rove won't change that.
